"As a Medical student living away more than 200 miles from home, living in comfortable, hygienic and well-equipped accommodation is vital. Having lived in two separate TJ Home properties in the past 2 years they have gained nothing but my highest recommendations. Properties are immaculate and furnished beautifully with room layouts which maximise space with a modern homely feel. Landlord Tom is nothing but attentive and if ever there was a problem (which rarely occurred) he would address concerns immediately. Ideally located for medical students as the properties is minutes for the hospital by walking. I would recommend these properties to anyone and fully intend to return if I find myself in need of accommodation once again in the area."

"Living in *** Lodge Road has been the best experience I could possibly ask for all because of Tom. He’s the most reliable, responsive, and organised landlord I’ve ever had. Even hearing my friend’s housing situations made me even more thankful for Tom. Whenever we had a problem, he was quick to respond and to fix the situation as soon as possible (usually on the day). He’s super understanding, incredibly friendly and I would literally recommend him to everyone who plans to move near the hospital. And to add, out of all the medics I’d say we had the best-looking house. Everything is spacious, simple, and modern with the house all geared up! Tom has been very professional but also extremely friendly and accommodating, and always a pleasure to deal with. The property is of an exceptional standard, nothing like what you would expect for a student house but so much more! Having lived in one of Tom’s properties for 2 years I have never come across any issues (which is unheard of for student properties!). The house was maintained to a very high standard and it was clear a large amount of work has, and continues to go into it. The facilities provided were excellent and we experienced no problems of note during our tenancy. Any minor problems were dealt with instantly as you were so accessible as a landlord.
I have very rarely seen a landlord who takes such pride in his work and pays his tenants as much attention!

He is without doubt the best landlord either of us have ever had (or heard of!) - one of the really good guys who makes everything easy. " The property had me during the viewing straightaway. It was a lovely house, recently refurbished done in a nice modern but simple way and came furnished with all the appliances one would need. The backyard with extra storage space was a plus point.
